When you log in for the first time, use your email address (the one you provided on your consignor contract) as both the username and password. You can update your password after logging in.
You will only see transactions for items that have SOLD. You will not see an inventory of all items you currently have on consignment.
When your account balance is above $0, you can visit the store during any open hours to request your balance in cash (for balances under $25) or check.
Items expire approximately 60 days after being placed on the floor. If you wish to pick up unsold items, you must schedule a pickup before your expiration date and provide 24 hours notice for us to gather your unsold items. If you do not contact us, expired items may be donated to Safe Harbor.
